Flagpole with gallows - fiberglass
The fiberglass gallows mast is highly resistant to wind, thanks to its conical shape. It’s the strongest, most durable mast available. Available in heights from 6 to 12m. The flags can be changed by reclining the mast, thanks to its tilting plate system.
The BANNIÈRE flagpole is equipped with a horizontal arm, enabling the flag to be visible at all times, not just in windy conditions. Visible, durable, attractive and economical, the advertising flag enhances your image in all circumstances.
Complete set consisting of :
- white fiberglass flagpoles (available in all RAL colors to order)
- knob - white (optional "onion" shaped knob) - Position 1
- 360o rotating stem - Position 2
- fixing ring (x5) - Position 3
- counterweight (x1) - Position 4
- hinge bracket (base+anchor)
Why choose a mast with bracket?
The advantage of a flagpole with stem is that the flag is always visible, even when there’s no wind. The stem ensures that the flag is always taut and therefore clearly visible. With a standard flagpole, your flag will be less visible in light winds.Technical specifications for fiberglass jib masts

Foundation. Tilting plate for floor mounting (anchoring rods and bolts supplied).
Instructions for creating a foundation for a tilting stage
These instructions are guidelines for the manufacture of a foundation and should be treated as information. For final foundation design, please consult a local architect and civil engineer familiar with the terrain and specific climatic characteristics where the foundation will be built.
The information presented in these instructions may be subject to technical modifications without prior notice.
– for mast height 6m – pit dimensions Φ40cm x H = 100cm
– for mast height 8m – pit dimensions Φ45cm x H = 100cm
– for mast height 10m – pit dimensions Φ50cm x H = 120cm
– for mast height 12m – pit dimensions Φ60cm x H = 120cm
Figure 2 – Pour about 5 cm of gravel at the bottom of the pit
Figure 3 – Position the foundation anchors and metal baseing about 2 cm above the pit. Fill the pit with concrete.
Figure 4 – After about 7 days of decofractionation.
Figure 5 – Fix the tilting plate nail, lift the mast and tighten the screws.
Figure 6 – Adjust the screws to position the mast perfectly.
At the site where the poles are erected, the possibility of collision with vehicles must be minimized. To this end, the pole must be masked by a safety frame at heights that ensure protection from vehicles.
The masts must be erected by at least two people.
Mast assembly/maintenance instructions
- Flagpoles are designed to display national, organizational, corporate, advertising and other flags.
- Flagpoles can be of one-piece or cutaway construction. They can be made of aluminum or fiberglass.
- The mast can be installed: in a concrete foundation or on a mast sleeve
- Flagpoles can be between 6 and 12 meters high. Flagpoles must be installed and used in such a way as not to endanger people or property.
- When storing the flagpole, it is important to check all its components and the appropriate method of attachment. Maintenance or repair operations involving the replacement of accessories, which require the flagpole to be installed, must be carried out under maximum safety conditions, with at least three people present.
WARNING!
– In strong winds above 40 km/h, we recommend lowering the flag to half mast height.
– In the event of a storm warning or winds exceeding 60 km/h, the flag must be removed from the mast immediately.
To help you understand the exact conditions under which the flag must be lowered or the mast folded (for the “gallows” version), we’ve enclosed an informative table concerning wind speed. To find out the exact wind speed, please refer to the “Weather Forecast” specific to the pole mounting area.
The Beaufort scale is an empirical measurement scale of 13 degrees (0 to 12) of average wind speed over a ten-minute period.
